Here’s why it’s a mixed review
Beautiful facility recently renovated with a marvelous room and a calming atmosphere. The on-site cafe was a lovely addition to start my day.
I found parking required some wandering which was slightly inconvenient. Better signage would enhance navigation on the property.

Had a great stay in the Deluxe Suite! Super clean, comfy beds, and loved the history of Coburn Hall. The only downside was a window that wouldn’t close, letting in a bit of chilly air. Overall, a memorable experience!

We stayed in that Coburn building—real charming with them winding staircases! Room was clean as a whistle, with all the coffee makin's and comfy beds. Had ourselves a nice meal at the cafe, too. Just keep in mind you might have to wander for parking, but the folks there were friendly as could be.

The staff was accommodating, allowing our family’s early check-in. The spacious room fit us all perfectly. We appreciated the little marketplace for late-night snacks and the charming area on the UMaine campus, which made our stay even more enjoyable with the grandkids.
My kids wished for clearer signage around the hotel.

I enjoyed the spacious room that provided a fridge, which was helpful for snacks during my stay. The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, making it easy to address any questions I had. The à la carte breakfast option added a nice touch to start my day, and I loved exploring the surrounding area. I found the experience reminiscent of my road trips across America, which I cherish as a European traveler.
Parking was limited and required a little wandering to find. Some signage could be clearer to help navigate the property better.
